Eliot Feldman is a Senior Loan officer with HomeBridge Financial. We are looking to bring 2-3 experienced mortgage loan officers by the end of the year. Our deal flow of purchases through realtor partnerships and from referral sources is so strong we need good LOs to handle the overflow. Developed relationships will be handed to qualified candidates. Homebridge Financial is a full service direct lender licensed in 47 states and the District of Columbia. Homebridge originates nearly $7 Billion a year in residential mortagages. More than 60% of the volume is purchase business. Our $15 Billion in mortgage servicing allows us to offer incredible pricing. We have innovative products that can help Realtors and Builders sell more homes. We are committed to the success of our clients and service to our customers. Our sole purpose is to do mortgage banking well. What we are trying to do is find 1 realtor, broker/owner in each county or 1 in each area (Cherry Hill, Atlantic City, Essex, etc) that does 3-10 units a month on buyer's side. We buy targeted purchase leads in these areas and send you pre-qualified buyers. In return you would use us as a lender on these and other deals. In addition to the leads, we have launched banner ads on realtor.com, Trulia, Yahoo, Zillow and various other sites. Customers click on our ad and it directs them to our website. They can either fill out an application with us or even find a realtor on their own. You can be their realtor as long as we are the preferred lender. We would add you to our website and you would get any leads that come in the zip codes you service. We are trying to drive traffic to our site, and your site, to increase both brands. We have several new marketing campaigns in the pipeline and are aggressively trying to add realtors to capture the upswing in the purchase market. Mr. Feldman and M2 Group provided consulting services to then DE Shaw Vice-President Jeff Bezos (founder of Amazon) on investment banking deals. Mr. Feldman has participated in deals in telecommunications, real estate, medical services, petrochemicals and food & beverage. Mr Feldman worked in early stage development with clients Amazon.com, Qwest, Worldcom, Infotrax, PMR and LockerBlogger.com. He was a consultant on RTM/Triarc merger which led to purchase of Wendy's hamburger chain and formation of Arby's-Wendy's combination
